Villa 5 is newly built accommodations positioned close to the water-front and located on a private complex above Glyfadi bay, on the South-western point of Mykonos. The villa is luxurious, homely, comfortable and distinguish themselves for their tasteful interior and exterior design. The location is perfect as it is near Mykonos town. Larger groups of guests are appealed by the possibility of renting two villas together on the same location; this allows for enjoying each-others company while still being able to retire to the privacy of one’s own space.
The outdoors atmosphere around the villas and on the terrace is a fresh combination of the traditional and the modern. The shaded terrace is equipped with a large dining table and barbecue. The surface of the breath-taking infinity pool is covered with pebbles which creates a beautifully natural effect. The pool also features a built-in Jacuzzi.
The interior is simple and tasteful and blends in harmoniously with the traditional Mykonian build of the property; the washed wooden floor and beamed ceiling. The color-palette is subtle, white being the predominant color for the upholsteries.
Villa 5 has an interior layout with an open floor-plan for the living and dining area and a modern, well equipped kitchen as well as a guest bedroom are available on the first floor. Throughout the upper and lower floors the living spaces receive much light through the large windows and a view of the Aegean Sea can be enjoyed from all rooms. On the lower floor there are four bedrooms which have access to a furnished terrace. There is also access to a studio, with private entrance, available upon request. All bedrooms are equipped in accordance with a high standard; always keeping the guests comfort in mind. The forth bedroom located on this floor is also an en-suite.
