LUXURY VILLA VACATION RENTAL-Mykonos-Greece-

Located just around the corner from Agios Loannis chapel, this Resort is a cluster of 13 villas offering superb amenities and spectacular views of the sacred Island of Delos and its colorful sunsets.

The properties are situated close to Mykonos town and few minutes walk from the lively taverns of Agios Ioannis beach and the secluded sandy beach of Kapari. The villas, either three or four bedrooms, have been similarly decorated and furnished with a classic and elegant style. Each house is designed and built into a rocky slant, giving an interesting look to some of the rooms featuring bare rock walls and carved stones. They each have a different layout but share a similar style. The colors of the interior are light and soft. White’s curtains and mosquito nets hang over the beds; cream upholstered chairs and wooden antique furniture donate a particularly elegant aspect within. This villa is a water-front property with its own private swimming pool. The house features a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two other bedrooms with twin beds and separate bathrooms. A sofa-bed can be arranged for two extra guests. This villa sleeps 6+2 people. Villa Policies - During high season (July and August) some properties require a two week minimum stay. One week rentals, if accepted, may carry a surcharge of 15%.
