This lovely Mykonian property is located in the heart of Agrari valley, surrounded by ochre hills and blue sky. Its position is quite unusual: the property has panoramic views of the surrounding fields and glimpses of Agrari Bay giving a true feel of nature and wilderness. The attractive swimming pool is cleverly positioned within the scenery and enjoys privacy. It features a wooden sun-deck equipped with comfortable deck chairs and an attractive pergola for outdoor dining and recreation. Agrari beach, renowned for its crystal clear water, is conveniently located just few minutes away by car. There, it is possible to practice many aquatic sports. Behind the house, there are also two tennis courts for guests' use. The interior of this house is typical of a Modern Greek holiday home: simply furnished, neat and functional. The kitchen with access to the pergola, is modern, well equipped and leads to the dining room. The bright living room has a comfortable sitting area perfect for entertaining guests and has direct access to the swimming pool. Three spacious bedrooms - with built-in wardrobes and own bathroom - are found on the ground floor of the house. On the first level, the master bedroom with its own balcony and views features an open bathroom and walk-in closet. This villa sleeps 8 people. - During high season (July and August) some properties require a two week minimum stay. One week rentals, if accepted, may carry a surcharge of 15%.
