B&B in Garachico, Tenerife north

Old canarian house with 3 bedrooms with bathroom and kitchen to share. The room in the roof is with shower. There is a very nice terrace with view to the square and the church Santa Ana. Very nice and friendly atmosphere.

The Island of Tenerife, where Garachico can be found, has two airports.


Garachico is the jewel of Tenerife, full of religious and civil monuments, traditional fiestas i.e the Romeria, with friendly people in a peaceful town. There are also good fishing areas i.e La Gaviota, Las Crucita, La Puntilla and El Jurado.

It has been declared successfully as a place of cultural interest in 1994 by the Government and the Cultural Patrimony of Humanity by the UNESCO.

The area of Garachico has numerous beaches. In front of the village is a small islet, called El Roque, (the rock) very characteristic of Garachico.

There are also natural and manmade swimming pools, tennis courts and hotels.

It has always been famous for its port, its houses and its wine and banana cultivation. It has a varied territory owing to a natural swimming pool, El Caletón, formed by flowing lava from Trevejo reaching the sea in 1706.These rock forms that shelter the natural swimming pool are a delight to those who come to swim in these beaches.
