This villa is located in a Resort just around the corner from Agios Ioannis chapel and offers superb amenities and spectacular views of the sacred Island of Delos and its colorful sunsets.

The property is situated close to Mykonos town and few minutes walk from the lively taverns of Agios Ioannis beach and the secluded sandy beach of Kapari. All the villas in the Resoirt, either three or four bedrooms, have been similarly decorated and furnished with a classic and elegant style. Each house is designed and built into a rocky slant, giving an interesting look to some of the rooms featuring bare rock walls and carved stones. They each have a different layout but share a similar style. The colors of the interior are light and soft: white’s curtains and mosquito nets hang over the beds; cream upholstered chairs and wooden antique furniture donate a particularly elegant aspect within. This villa is part of a cluster of four independently built villas, sharing a large veranda with BBQ, a private common entrance with parking and a gorgeous bean shaped swimming pool. This villa is located on the lower level, each villa features a private veranda with out dining and pergola, three stunning double bedrooms with own bathrooms, large living room with modern kitchens and appliances Villa Policies - During high season (July and August) some properties require a two week minimum stay. One week rentals, if accepted, may carry a surcharge of 15%.
