Rates are per night, per villa, for a minimum stay of seven (5) nights, including all Taxes.

Payment Policy:
The 30% of the total reservation cost is required upon confirmation of the booking and remaining amount, 21 days prior to arrival.
All payments can be done either by wire transfer or charge on a credit card.

Cancellation Policy:
This is a last minute booking. Last minute bookings can only be modified or cancelled via direct communication with the reservation department. Please, check our late cancellation policy below in case you'd like to cancel the booking at a later stage.

Late Cancellation Penalty:
In case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival the 30% of the total cost will be retained (max 6 nights).
In case of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival the 50% of the total cost will be retained (max 6 nights).
In case of No Show or earlier departure the whole amount of the reservation will be retained (Max penalty 5 nights)
