This villa is a stunning hilltop property offering amazing panoramic views of the sea within a stylish and elegant setting. The large and attractive swimming pool is surrounded by a lush garden of trees, colorful flowers and cacti, while the interiors are tastefully decorated and excellently furnished with antique pieces and artwork.
The property is comprised of two sections: The Garden Apartment: detached from the main house with own separate entrance, the 120 sqm apartment features a main bedroom with private indoor & outdoor sitting areas communicating with a single bedroom. Both rooms share a large bathroom and a well equipped kitchen with elegant amenities and modern appliances. The Garden Suite: located on the lower level of the main house, the suite is accessible from the garden. The Suite is rentable with the Garden Apartment as an extra room for two more guests; it features a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a sitting room and a small private veranda. The guests may share the access of the pool and BBQ area with a discrete landlord who resides in the adjoining main house. The Garden Apartment: 3 people The Garden Apartment: One main bedroom with double bed, sitting area & garden veranda; one single bedroom sharing one large bathroom. The Garden Apartment & Suite: 5 people The Garden Suite: One bedroom with double bed & en-suite bathroom; sitting area & veranda. Services: Services Included: Three hours daily maid service. Villa Policies - During high season (July and August) some properties require a two week minimum stay. One week rentals, if accepted, may carry a surcharge of 15%. |
