If one follows the narrow winding road from the square, he will eventually come across the welcoming doors of Villa. Situated on a hill top, overlooking the surrounding vineyards, the village of Megalohori and the sparkling Aegean in the distance, this harmonic dwelling offers stupendous, all – encompassing views.
Upon entering into the courtyard, which is hand - laid by local craftsmen in the traditional "Plakoto" – cobblestone paved style, one sees that this mansion affords two separate living areas, connected by an outside stone flight of stairs, as well as a private swimming pool.

The serenity of the mansion’s sculpture is evident the moment one enters the barn – door on the ground floor which leads you into a compact fully equipped kitchen. Original archways lead through into the magnificent master bedroom with a domed ceiling. Features such as this continue to keep these houses cool during the hot summer months, as they were originally designed to do.
An extravagant en - suite bathroom features a large Jacuzzi and separate shower.
The intimate dining room leads into the traditionally styled living area, with barn - doors leading out again into the beautiful courtyard. Original wooden doors lead into the spacious second double bedroom, which also features an en-suite comfortable second bathroom.

The first floor of this villaoffers an expansive large terrace, perfect for outside dining, with panoramic views of the surrounding area. Inside, original wooden floors have been restored. The many windows on the upper level of this property allow for brightness and airiness as the beautiful light of the Cyclades seeps through. The comfortable double bedroom on this floor boasts views overlooking the vineyards to one side and the Seas of the Aegean to the other.
A dressing room leads into the spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate restroom. The cleverly designed open - plan kitchen and well appointed living area allow for casual entertaining.

Combined, this Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. The property provides a perfect base for those wanting to explore the many different facets of the island of Santorini.

1. RESERVATION
A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid. Your reservation will not be confirmed unless the deposit is received.

2. PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
The balance of your account should be settled on arrival.

3. CANCELLATION BY YOU
It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment; we shall then be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
6 weeks or more prior to arrival: 30%
6 – 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50%
4 weeks prior to arrival: 100%
All cancellations must be done in writing and signed by the signatory of the reservation form.

4. CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS BY US
In the unlikely event that we will have to make any changes to your confirmed reservation, we will advise you at the earliest date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have reserved, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. If you however do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the reservation and refund the amount paid to us in full. We will not be held liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.

5. NUMBER OF GUESTS
Only those persons stipulated on the reservation form may use the villa. The number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping space indicated in the brochure. Should the key holder find more persons than those stated, it is totally up to his discretion to ask the clients to vacate the property.

6. INSURANCE
We strongly advise that your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance including coverage against trip cancellation. The appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of the booking. Please contact your travel agent, travel consultant or insurance broker about this.

7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Check-in time is from 3pm – 8pm. Check-out time is 12am. In case of flight delays or inconvenience whilst traveling, guests should contact us at their earliest convenience.

8. COMPLAINTS
Each villa is maintained to the highest standards. Should you experience any difficulties during your stay, we will do our utmost to assist and solve the problem as soon as possible.

9. CLEANING
The villa will be serviced on a daily basis. Should you require further services, please make the necessary arrangements at the start of your holiday. Extra services will be for your own account.

10. PETS
Pets are generally not accepted in our properties.

11. SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool, when available, will be maintained by the staff. If your rental period is before 1 April after 1 October, please check if the swimming pool is operational. The pool use is at the guest’s own risk, children should be supervised.

12. WATER & ELECTRICITY
Please note that the villas are situated on a small island with severe problems of drought. Therefore, water is a commodity to be used sparingly during the summer months. If you experience a shortage of water, we will do everything we can to re-establish the supply. Electricity can also be disrupted, normally for a short period of time. We can however not be held responsible for any inconvenience created that is beyond our control.

13. VALUABLES
Valuables left at the property are done so at the GUEST’S own risk. We cannot be held responsible for their loss. By signing the reservation form, the client totally and unconditionally accepts these reservation conditions.
