Rural houses holiday rental in Sierra Nevada, Granada province CORTIJO POQUEIRA (Los Corrales)

The cottage it is situated 2 Km. from Pampaneira village in La Alpujarra. Inside of the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada. .
There are three cottages in total which are located 20 m. and 60 m. from each other. Two of them are available to rent, the smallest one is used by the owner.
All of which are situated on a sunny hillside amidst planted terraces of fruit trees including chestnuts and walnuts..
There is a natural spring and the sound of the water coming from it makes
it an ideal place to rest and relax
The parking, by the road, it is 100 m. from the houses.
In the garden there is a pond with a water lily plant and fishes.
Electricity is 220 V.
All the houses are building from stone and reclaimed wood and features beautiful, artistic details, including tiles made by the owner.
There is washing machine for common use and internet room by the cottages separate of the hauses. The swimming pool, also for communal use, distance from the houses 100 m.
The wood is not included in the price (cost approx. 7 euros per day)

The houses are:
5 minute from the nearest village, Pampaneira.
15 minute from Orgiva, where there is a market on Thursday
1 hour and 15 minute from Granada
50 minute to the cost
2,5 hours from Malaga airport
1,5 hours from the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada.

BIG HOUSE :

The ground floor, which is open plan:
Living room with a fire place that heats all the rooms with hot air system. Further supplies can be purchased from the owner. There are a sofa-bed too.
Kitchen and dining room.
Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
Door into courtyard and garden.

An upper level:
Main bedroom with double bed.

The Firs floor :
Two double bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Door to roof terrace.

Additional features:
There are two patios on each side of the house. Each one has a table and chairs.
Ping pong table
Linen and towels are included in the cost

LITTLE HOUSE :

It only has one floor of 50 m2, and a nice big terrace with barbecue.
It has:
Living room with a wood burning stove and a sofa-bed.
Complete kitchen with everything needed.
Bedroom with double bed (linen and towels are included)
Bathroom.
