Perched on a hillside overlooking the azure waters of the Caribbean and framed by lush tropical gardens is this large private home away from home at Cap Estate, St. Lucia. Formerly an embassy, accommodation in this beautiful villa is comfortable and well appointed. The villa offers nine-air-conditioned, sea view guest rooms, all with en-suite facilities and TV. You are guaranteed a friendly welcome and personal service throughout your stay. Cap Estate is the home to St. Lucia’s only 18-hole golf course. There are nature trails for hiking and horseback riding and the Gros Islet and Rodney Bay centers of tourist activities are only minutes away. This is the largest private villa on this 850-acre residential estate, historically a sugar plantation at the northern tip of the island. In this secluded location you can enjoy peace and tranquility. This villa is perfect venue for special occasions like birthday and anniversary celebrations, weddings, family reunions, small business retreats, or just a group of friends vacationing together. Choose from a basic villa rental with daily maid service and cook, or contact us for prices of a fully catered package offering a chef, driver and onsite coordinator for all your needs, or a package designed for your group’s individual requirements. We would love to help you plan your special occasion and can arrange any of the following: St. Lucian Barbeque Night with Chak-Chak Band, Caribbean Buffet with Steel Band, Candle Light Dinner under the stars, Beach Picnic, Romantic Gazebo Dinner, Murder Mystery Dinner and anything you would like to suggest. Are you getting married? Our coordinator can arrange everything for you worry-free. The upper floor of the villa features four bedrooms (Calabash, Cashew, Tamarind, Nutmeg) the kitchen and buffet area, a TV corner with DVD and VCR set up, an extra powder room, the main dining room includes a terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea. One of the most outstanding features of the villa is the sunset deck. By extending the bar area it offers beautiful sunset views in the afternoon and is ideal for candlelight dinners and star gazing at night. Our large dining room can accommodate a group of 20 people dining on one large table or, if preferred, the set up can be split up into three tables of 6-8 people. The home entertainment center furnished with two large loungers has a movie library for all ages and a small CD collection for the enjoyment of our guests. The catering-size kitchen and buffet area of the villa is set up with microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, deep fat fryer, blender, food processor, six burner stove, two large freezer/fridge combinations, chest freezer, dish washer, a quadruple sink, and self-serve counter with espresso machine and small fridge. The lower floor of the Villa contains five bedrooms, terrace, and bar with large wooden open-air deck, library corner with stereo and coin/credit card phone. Surrounded by a wooden sun deck our pool invites you to laze away the day, read a book or enjoy a drink in the gazebo at the edge of the deck while taking in the beautiful views of Anse du Cap Bay. The romantic hammock retreat, a hanging basket chair for two or benches scattered all over the property make for many quiet enclaves to enjoy by you or with a loved one. The relaxation and treatment pyramid is very popular with many of our guests and is situated on the highest point of the property. Here, encircled by beautiful Caribbean plants, the massage therapist will relieve your tension and stress. |
