Property Details

A recently restored farm house surrounded by pastures and corn fields, situated on a hillock of the maremma in Latium, in Etruscan area just a few miles far from the sea between Tuscania and Tarquinia, as well as Montalto di Castro, the first floor have completely been structured for Holiday House.

In the area outside the house there are tables, chairs,barbeque, comfortable deck-chairs and bicycles at total disposal of our guests and the swimming pool (15mt x 5mt).

The first floor of the house has an independent entrance, a bright, large living-room with kitchen, a double room, a room with two beds and bathroom. It is possible to add an extra bed in each room. The rooms are provided with independent heating/air conditioning.

Additional Notes : We speak English. There are no public transport means to get to Podere Giuliano, therefore, it is useful to have one’s own transport means.

The excursions are a lot and varied: one day at the sea of Argentario, a trip of the Etruscan necropolis of Tuscania, Tarquinia, Cerveteri, or one day at the Saturnia or Viterbo thermal, the tour of Bolsena lake with break at the different villages that surround it, and it doesn't need to forget the walk in the archaeological park of Vulci. And when we have been tired by the country, it's sufficient to go to the station of Montalto di Castro, to catch a train and after one hour and half, you are in Colosseum to begin the Roman walk.
