Property Details

Close to Cecina and only 10 minutes off the expressway SS1 (Aurelia) and 45 minutes away from the international airport of Pisa we find the B&B Emily House in the village Riparbella (Province Pisa). About 300 m above sea level it is located in a country side of rare beauty with an outstanding view on the close by Tirrenian sea and the islands Elba, Capraia and in the distance Corsica.
The 18th century villa with its charm of times long ago is situated in a park of centuries old trees and 5 ha of olive trees. This all in a nature whose peace and tranquillity is only interrupted by the chant of birds.

ROOMS

The large and comfortable rooms have been restored leaving the original old floors and the enchanting frescos of the ceilings and so transmit an atmosphere of another era. Of course, every room has its own bathroom, frigo bar and satellite tv.

An elevator gives easy access to the rooms on the upper floors.

After a relaxing and peaceful night our guests are greeted with a rich breakfast; served in a large room with a beautifully arched ceiling and antique frescos. Such beginning with style a new day probably full of plenty new experiences.

HOLIDAYS

This charming place distances only minutes from the “bandiera blue” beaches of Cecina, Vada and Castiglioncello. The large swimming pool in the park invites for long swims and the location of the estate in a fascinating landscape offers the possibilities of relaxing walks or bicycle tours or an excursion with a historic coach trained by two white horses. Animals are allowed. On request lessons in cooking of the regional food are offered. Besides the famous seaside resorts the old Etruscan city of Volterra is only 25 km away. The harbour town Livorno distances 30 minutes, Pisa 45 minutes and also close by are the antique villages Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Montescudaio, Guardistallo and Casale.

Near there are two golf-courses, a thermal-spring
"Il Calidario" in Venturina and in pomaia's country "the buddhist's institute :Lama Tzong Kapa",one of all famed in the world. Whole are reachable by car easily.
