This elegant villa, a former farmhouse, is situated a few steps from Lake Garda and is immersed in a park with olive trees and a large swimming pool. Through a short tunnel, you can reach a nearby beach with restaurants and boat rental. In the surrounding area there are riding school, golf course and bike trails. The village of Padenghe is 10 minutes away. The property is spread out over two floors; on the ground floor there are a living and dining room with stone fireplace, kitchen, guest toilet, porch with barbecue. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, one twin-bedroom, two bathrooms and a terrace with fireplace. The pool has a whirlpool, an upstream swimming system and a nearby changing room with bath. Outside the house, a laundry room is accessible. In the park is a fenced green area with wooden house for the dog. Safe and covered parking are available. Beside amusement parks the lake offers a variety of attractions: music, theatre, food and wine, sports and art. On request when booking a cooking service and cooking classes can be organized on site (payment on the spot). On request it is also possible to book an extra cleaning. A motorway is 8 km away.
