This house in traditional Tuscan stile is part of a small hamlet of three independent houses, is on a hill and located just 7 km from the center of Florence. It dates back to 19th century and has original terracotta floors and wooden beams. The private pool is enclosed by a wrought-iron railing and has a beautiful Roman stair (various steps lead into the pool). The covered terrace (24 m²) equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooks the picturesque Tuscan hills. Wireless internet connection in the house and pool area. Strong-box available. Air conditioning in all rooms. Services upon request and local payment: shuttle service from the airport, mini- tours of the Florentine hill and the nearby cities of art (Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo and Lucca), lunches and dinners with typical Tuscan menu and baby bed. For stays longer than a week: mandatory and paying house cleaning and linen changes at the end of each week. In the nearby equestrian center it is possible to take riding lessons or to book horse rides. Florence is easily reached by public transportation set at short distance from the house. The owner lives on the lower floor and is available for information. The ceiling height in the attic is between 1,60 m – 2,80 m. Access to the house via 400 m gravel road.
