The apartment is on one level on the second and last floor and can comfortably accommodate 4/5 people. Spacious and comfortable, has a living area with two armchairs and dining table in front of the huge window from where you can enjoy panoramic lake view.
The balcony overlooking the old village of Riva di Solto is the ideal place to sit in relax and enjoy the view. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and balcony, the other with bunk bed (an additional single trundle bed is available to make the room a triple one).
The apartment, practical and functional, is ideal for a family or a small group of friends who want to enjoy their vacation discovering the beauties of Lake Iseo. At your arrive you will find a wide choice of tourist information and maps of the area.
From the apartment you can easily reach the local market / bakery, butchers’ and restaurants.

The minimum stay is 7 days (from Saturday to Saturday) unless other agreements.
The apartment is available (check in) by 17.00 and must be vacated by 10.00 am (check out) unless other agreements.
It is always INDISPENSABLE to agree in advance the arrival time
The booking will be valid only after receiving our confirmation and after paying a deposit of 30% of the agreed price.
The balance is done by cash at arrival date.
It is requested a caution money of € 200,00.
