Cosy apartments (IKA426 und IKA427) in a two-family-house with panoramic view and direct access to the sea, set on a lovely stretch of the road along the Amalfi Coast between Amalfi and Minori. All the localities of the coast offer the possibility to rent beach umbrellas, deck chairs and boats. Wonderful view over the sea and the beautiful coastline stretches. Quiet location. Shared among the two apartments: plot of about 200 m², consisting of garden and terraces, rich in typical Mediterranean plants, with panoramic view over the sea. The house is on four levels and each apartment is arranged on two levels. A staircase runs along the Villa and it leads from the entrance of the property located on the coastal road down to the two apartments: 100 steps to the apartment IKA426 and abt. 80 steps to the apartment IKA427. From the apartments you reach the see walking down by further 50/60 steps ca. For shared use: two platforms for sunbathing close to the sea with deck chairs and sun umbrellas (which must be replaced into a storage room in the evening). From the 1. platform a ladder leads directly into the water, on the 2., higher platform (without access to the sea) you will enjoy the sunset. Shared washing machine in a common room with access from the garden. Cosy furnishings with some antique pieces. Pay parking at 500 m or parking on the property (exclusively upon request at the booking and payment on the spot, for cars with max. length of 5,60 m). Private, equipped outdoor space/terrace (70 m²) with arbour and barbecue. Ground floor: living-/dining-room (TV) with fireplace, double sofa-bed and access to the garden. Kitchen with access onto the covered terrace which is equipped for outdoor meals. Small WC (without window). 1. floor: 2 twin-bedded rooms, each with bathroom with shower. Distances: Minori 500 m (various shops), Amalfi 2,5 km, Vietri 17 km, Positano 20 km, Sorrento 32 km, Naples 60 km. In case of arrival after 8 p.m. a supplementary amount will be requested (to be paid upon the spot at the arrival). Arrivals after midnight are not possible.
