A charming 5-bedroom semi-detached villa, with a split-level lawned front garden, overlooking an emerald lagoon and the tranquil beach of Trou d’Eau Douce, a fishing village situated on the East coast of the island. This villa is spacious, well-equipped, ideally located and suited to a family interested in discovering the charms of the island while also enjoying one of its most beautiful beaches. Souvenir and grocery shops, bank and local restaurants are 1 km away. Golf is 5 km away.

Inside
The property is on 2 levels. Two covered terraces give guests the choice of sea views or a view on the flowered garden at the back of the property. The front terrace boasts 2 sun-loungers and two sets of plastic garden tables and chairs for alfresco meals and 2 garden benches for sundowners while admiring the superb views on the turquoise lagoon down below. Stone steps lead to the remarkably quiet, fine sandy beach.
The back terrace is furnished with deck chairs, a coffee table and a dining table and 6 rattan chairs. Raphia blinds protect from the sun.
The lounge/dining room is spacious and tastefully decorated in tropical marine tones. It is furnished with a sofa, rattan armchairs, coffee table, small drinks tables, a solid wood dining table and 2 benches seating 10. Sea views.
Bedroom 1 (sea view): Double bed, bedside tables & lamps, large fitted wardrobe, dressing table and fan.
Bedroom 2 (children’s room) (sea view): 2 single beds, 1 bedside table, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and fan.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large fitted wardrobe, dressing table and air con.
Bedroom 4: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, fan, en suite shower-room/WC.
