Nestled into the hillside of Little Bay, Philipsburg, Villa En'Sea offers amazing oceanviews of the Great Bay Harbor, Philipsburg and the neighboring Caribbean islands in the distance.

This property served as The Governor's Mansion for a number of years and has been transformed in 2011 to this wonderful 5 Bedroom, 5 bathroom Caribbean chic villa in a prime location which is centrally located with easy access to all main roads.

The villa is located a short 10 minute walk to the beach or a 20 minute walk to Front Street, the shopping Mecca of the Dutch side of the island.

Encompassing 4000 square feet within 2 levels, this unique villa offers everything imaginable to include a large pool area, a pool lounge, security, ample parking, a back-up generator, satellite TV, complimentary Wi-Fi access, air conditioning throughout and much more!

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by an elegantly decorated living area with plush and comfortable furnishings and the amazing views! The main floor offers spacious living & dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The large covered terrace area overlooks the entire Philipsburg harbor and feature a large dining table with seating for 12 persons, a sitting area, as well as a comfortable lounge area to take in the views!

There are two bedrooms on the main level to include a master suite with king size bed and a guest room with a queen size bed.

On the lower level, there are three more bedrooms. The grand master suite offers a king size bed, reading corner, work table, walk-in closet and a large master bathroom with tub. There are two more guest rooms on the lower level, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds.

All bedrooms offer the amazing views of the harbor and bay.

The pool area is wonderful overlooking the views located on the lower level of the villa with ample lounge chairs and sitting areas for you to enjoy.

Swim in the beautiful pool, sunbathe, dine, and enjoy the ambiance and privacy, yet you are close to it all! One of the few villas where you can see the panoramic scene of cruise ships coming in and out of the port or watch the spectacular color shows as the sun sets in the horizon.
