This pretty holiday home is located away from the everyday hustle and bustle, directly by the sea, in Ratac near Slano. A few steps away from the house, there is a rocky beach and a berth, should you wish to come with a boat.
The pretty courtyard is full of flowers and there is a terrace – ideal for unwinding, sun bathing or sipping local wine and admiring the panoramic view on the Elaphiti canal.
The interiors comprise a living room with a kitchen and dining space, bedrooms and a bathroom. Water is provided from the well, which is filled from a cistern so greater or unnecessary use of water is not recommended. Access from the car park leads through ca. 100 stairs, so the unit is not recommended to guests with walking difficulties.
For extra charge, the house owner can rent you a small boat. Make sure to visit the medieval town of Dubrovnik (ca. 20 km away), which offers plenty of cultural attractions and entertainment during the summer months.
Parking possibilities are on the road directly above the house.
