An hour’s drive from Stone Town, the Villas is situated on Jambiani Beach, Jambiani Village on the south east coast of Zanzibar. The village life is quiet moving with the flow of the sea. At low tide you can see the fishing boats sail out to the sea while the women work on their sea weed farms.

Small Arabian boutique hotel built in typical Arabian/Moroccan design, offering space and freedom. It consists of 3 magnificent beachfront villas which make up 7 private suites with 2 private suites in the main building. One feels the warm and exotic vibes as soon as one enters the reception with the décor which transports one to those Arabian palaces from ‘mille et une nuits’ stories! It is amazing how such décor blends in perfectly with the surrounding environment of fine white sandy beach and the turquoise ocean.

The restaurant in the main building opens on to the beautiful swimming pool and you can go on your own spice tour with the wonderful flavours of Kikadini cuisine. You will be impressed by the beautifully carved doors and furniture as well as cutlery. You will be served breakfasts according to your taste, you can have lunch by the pool while enjoying the sun and magnificent view of the ocean or even sip a nice flavoured tea in the afternoon sun! Enjoy an exciting dinner menu or simply just melt away with the flavours from the Shisha lounge.


ACCOMMODATION

Villa Maroc which is the most private villa is perfect for your honeymoon or romantic getaway. It is approximately 30m from the beach which makes it perfect for a stroll on the beach or just to admire the wonderful ocean view from the private terrace.

Villa Maroc has 2 en-suite bedrooms, an en-suite double room downstairs which opens on a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch or just enjoy some quiet time, and the master bedroom on the first floor. The master bedroom opens on a private patio with the most breathtaking ocean view, with sun lounges and sofa and an open air bath where you can have your most romantic moments while sipping a glass of champagne.


Villa Pwani is situated close to the pool, sundeck and restaurant. It is available as either a private villa or separate private suites and is perfect for one or two couples. The villa has 2 beachfront suites with private beachfront terraces. Each suite has a double bed and a single bed can be added for a third person. The villa has a spacious patio and living room with dining table and sofas. The whole second floor is a roof-top terrace with dining and lounge space, sun beds as well as an open-air bath tub. You can have a romantic dinner or quiet lunch on the rooftop while admiring the ocean.


Villa Palm is also located near the pool, sundeck and restaurant and is the largest villa with 3 spacious private suites, all with private terraces. Two of the suites face the sea and the third one faces the garden but has a beach view. The largest suite has a private roof top terrace with its open air bath tub, sun beds and shadow sofas.

The villa has a fantastic patio and living room, a dining table (up to 8), sofa and lounge chairs. There is also a roof top terrace with amazing sea view of the beach and the village - perfect for afternoon drinks.


Villa Jewel which is in the main hotel building has 2 large suites both with a private beachfront terrace. The villa comprises the restaurant and lounge on the ground floor with the pool directly in front.

All the suites are different but they all have beautiful bathrooms, private beachfront terraces and elegant furnishing. You will be amazed at how beautifully and elegantly carved the furniture as well as the bathroom taps are. You will really feel like royalty in such a décor and with the service which is of the highest standard.
