Perfectly located right on the beachfront of the stunning Trou aux Biches – the island’s most sought-after beach – the villa enjoys a truly privileged setting.
At the end of the garden, a large belvedere overlooks the lagoon, offering breathtaking ocean views. Equipped with BBQ, sun loungers and comfortable armchairs, it’s the perfect spot to relax and admire the spectacular sunsets for which Trou aux Biches is famous.

The spacious semi-circular terrace, tastefully furnished with a dining area, opens directly into a bright and airy living and dining room, elegantly decorated and equipped with a Hi-Fi system and a flat-screen TV with French and English satellite channels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:
a refrigerator with freezer, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.
A laundry room is also available with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The recent renovation completely transformed the upper floor of the villa.
The villa now offers 4 air-conditioned and ceiling-fanned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom (shower, washbasin, and toilet).
