This very private, spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is conveniently located in a peacefull neighbourhood, only 3 minute drive from Lorient beach. Distant views over the ocean. Many different outdoor and indoor dining and living areas to enjoy. The kitchen, living room, dining room and two bedrooms (sharing the same bathroom) are located downstairs. The master bedroom occupies the whole first floor, right under the wooden beams of the roof and features a private covered terrace overlooking the ocean and the neighbouring islands (Fourchue, Sint Marteen...) and a heated jacuzzi in the en suite bathroom.
Surrounded by a nice tropical garden, this villa is children friendly and represents a perfect family hideaway !

Garden view, 4 poster large king size bed, air-conditioning, mosquito net, safe, television with Canal Satellite.

Bedroom 2 – Downstairs
Garden view, 2 twin beds (can be preapred as a king size bed upon request), air-conditioning, mosquito net.

The bedrooms 1 & 2 are sharing the same bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 3 – Master bedroom upstairs
Very spacious wooden floor master bedroom with both garden and ocean views, large king size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, television with Canal Satellite. Inside seating area nicely furnished with antiques, outside living area on the private little terrace offering a splendid ocean view over Lorient bay and the islands of St Maarten, Fourchue...Hammock chair by the bed. En suite bathroom with shower and heated jacuzzi bath, hair dryer, towels and beach towels.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen separated from the living room by a breakfast bar; opening onto an outside dining area with charcoal BBQ. It features electric oven, electric and gas stove, fridge and freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, mixer. Service for 6.

Living / Dining
Tastefully decorated living room by the kitchen, opening onto a covered terrace by the pool with a wood and stone dining table for 6 guests. A second dining area is located in the garden by the kitchen with a teak table for 6 persons.

Swimming pool
Nice pool surrounded by a wooden deck with lounge chairs. A wood barrier secures the area for the children.
Highlighted at night, the pool is simply wonderful !
