Beautiful sunrise ! The villa has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The main house includes the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two en suite bedrooms, spacious terrace and swimming pool. Under the villa is an independent studio with one bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom.

Renovations
Closed for renovations from May 2010 to December 15th, 2010.
A brand new 4th suite will be built, as well as a new and larger deck with an infinity pool.

Ocean and garden view, king size bed, air conditioning, safe, mosquito net, dressing. En suite bathroom with shower, 2 wash basins, hair dryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 2
Ocean view, 2 twin bed (can be prepared as a king size bed on request), air conditioning, desk, mosquito net, dressing. En suite bathroom with shower, 2 wash basins, hair dryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Bedroom 3 - In the studio below
Ocean view, 2 twin bed (can be prepared as a king size bed on request), air conditioning, safe, mosquito net, dressing, HIFI. En suite bathroom with shower, hair dryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.
Kichenette with fridge, small freezer, gas stove, coffee machine.

Kitchen
Ocean view fully equipped kitchen featuring electric oven, stove, fridge and freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and espresso machines, blender, toaster. Gas BBQ on the terrace. Small table for 3. Service for 10.

Living / Dining room
Outside dining table seating for 8 guests with ocean view, on the covered terrace in front of the kitchen.
The living/dining room is stylishly furnished with original and modern furniture. The interior dining table seats 10 persons.
Living area with flat screen TV, DVD player, telephone (local calls), ceiling fan, HIFI, WIFI. Library with books, music CD, tapes, games.Great view on the Lagoon.
Teak table and chairs in the garden.

Swimming pool
The swimming pool overlooks the lagoon, the ocean and La Tortue island and is surrounded by a nice sundeck with lounge chairs. Sun exposure all day long.
