The villa is only a 6 minute walk from the beach or the town center of Sitges, which is around 450 metres. You'll find plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars to enjoy, as well as many shops, museums and other attractions.
The train station of Sitges is a 10 minute walk away where there are regular trains to Barcelona airport and to the centre of Barcelona.
The villa is south facing and the private pool and garden receives the sun all day but there is also a shaded terrace where you can enjoy some shade at the side of the pool. There is a bbq and large table and chairs for 8 people on the large terrace next to the pool. Next to the bbq terrace is a fridge freezer for pool side refreshments.
There is a w.c with basin plus and a utility store room with washing machine on the same level as the pool and garden.
Inside the villa there is a very bright living area with access to a large terrace with table and chairs and sun canopy. Also there is access to a balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
There is a large digital tv with USB slot, table and chairs for 6 to 8 people plus sofa and 2 swivel tub chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker and gas hob, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has access to the front balcony over looking the pool.
From the bedroom level there are sea views. The villa can sleep up to a maximum of 9 people.
- Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 1 has a private balcony and LCD TV with USB slot.
- Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed,
- Bedroom 3 has 2 single bunk beds.
- In the living area there is a comfortable double sofa bed.
Sitges has many beaches to offer the nearest is around 300meters away so less than a 5 minute stroll away, there are many different beaches in Sitges most with bars on them with music and sometimes live music and live acts. There is the option of hiring small sailing boats or windsurfing plus jetskiiing.

Additional information
- Prices listed are on condition the stay lasts minimum 7 nights. For shorter stays daily rates will be higher.
- In order to reserve any of our villas, a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required. The remaining 40% of the villa rental will be due for payment 6 weeks in advance of your arrival date. Payments are accepted through bank transfer, PayPal & credit card.
- In addition to the rental payment, a refundable damages deposit will be required either in advance or on arrival. The damages deposit will be returned within 48 hours of departure by bank transfer once everything is in order.
CANCELLATIONS – Should a cancellation occur the booking deposit is non-refundable unless we manage to find alternative guests at the same rates for the reserved dates.
If a cancellation occurs within the 6 weeks prior to arrival, any funds paid (deposit or balance) are non-refundable unless we manage to find alternative guests at the same rates for the reserved dates.
When cancellations happen it is our policy to make every effort to refill those dates with alternative guests in order to facilitate a refund.
– Check in is normally after 3pm, where possible we will endeavour to accommodate arrival times but in high season this may not be possible.
- All guests are required to register with a passport or National ID card and the register may be inspected by the local police from time to time.
– Check out is before 10:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
