A panoramic, comfortable and easygoing house of 280 sq m and 1000 sqm terrain located in the Montecarlo Urbanisation, only 3 min drive from Cala Tarida Beach. Walking distance is a comfortable 15 minutes.
The villa is close (10 min drive) to the village of San Jose, which is a great place for shopping, nice promenades, romantic restaurants and terraces.
Other beaches close by are Cala Vadella, Cala Moli, Cala Conta or Cala Bassa- all less than 15min by car.
The house is located in a very calm neighbourhood with amazing views towards the sea, mountains and area of Cala Tarida.
The villa has two floor levels and a big swimming pool with sea view located directly in the front of the house. There is a small garden on the side of the house.The house is perfect for a group of 4-5 friends that want to spent a great vacation in Ibiza surrounded by a nice, safe environment and great views. It is also a very nice place for couples who want to travel together ( including other friends) but have each large private rooms. A perfect summer residence or base for a short break without breaking the bank!

Open and spacious kitchen located next to the salon area with dishwasher, electric oven, gas kitchen, fridge freezer and all appliances ... Also has a washing-machine. Direct access to the living room.
1 bedroom with one single bed.
1 bathroom with shower.

First floor:
1 double bedroom (40 m2) with one double bed+ air conditioning+ en suite full bathroom with a separate toilette. The room includes an en suite dressing room. It also has an access to a big covered balcony (10 m2) with direct acess from the bedroom.
1 master bedroom (60m2) with one double bed and one single bed+ air conditioning+ en suite full bathroom. This rooms has included a great dressing room. Spectacular views to the Cala Tarida beach area, where you can see the sunset from the balcony (10m2). Direct acess to a covered terrace.
On top of the first floor, there is an uncovered sun terrace of 40m2 with panoramic views of the sea. It is accessible from the first floor with portable stairs.
