Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for 2, electric oven, gas and electric stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, ice maker, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, electric kettle. Service for 12. Gas BBQ on the front terrace.

Living / Dining
Inside living with a comfortable white linen sofa, flat screen television and library. 2 other livings are also available, one widely opened onto the ocean view pool terrace is furnished with wood sofas and tobacco color cushions and the other one on the upper part of the front deck. Perfect place to relax and admire the ocean !
The main dining is located on the shaded back terrace by the villa entrance, with a wood table for 6 to 8 guests. Another teak table for 4, with an umbrella is located on the front terrace, facing the ocean. Perfect for the breakfast or for a cocktail at night time.

Swimming pool
Nice infinity pool tiled with black slate, about 4,5 x 4 meter large. Nice wood deck aside with 4 lounge chairs and sitting areas.

This villa can be rented as a 2 or 4 bedroom option.
