This Villa consists of two bedrooms, a well-appointed living room and kitchen area. The complex is just 100m from the renowned beach of Istron Bay Hotel which has been honoroured with the prestigious blue-flag award for 18 years in a row.

The whole villa is tiled with magnificent Volos pink marble creating a sense of luxury. The spacious living room combines a siiting area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It has comfortable sitting furniture; 28 LCD satellite TV, home cinema/stereo, free Wi-fi Internet connection, telephone and a fireplace.The villa is well insulated and fully air – conditioned. Its orientation (south to southwest) and the fact that it has windows everywhere secures the ideal amount of sunshine for the whole season and provides a breathtaking view of green gardens and the seafront terrace.

Villa has two comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedroom has a bathroom equipped with a shower. All bathrooms are tiled with Volos pink marble.

Its large terrace (106 s.m.), which offers its guests much needed privacy, has a private pool, approximately 5.5 x 5.5 s.m, a sunbathing area, with a parasol and sun lounges. Those who enjoy dining alfresco can take advantage of the marble top table placed in the stone – flagged terrace which is strategically shaded to provide privacy (barbecues are available upon request). The patio swing offers a unique view of the now world famous Aegean sunsets.
