Large views on St Jean bay from this spacious four bedroom four bathroom deluxe villa located on St Jean Hillside, still only 5 minute walk from the beach. Outdoor living, dining areas and gazebo, overlooking the ocean and the beautiful heated pool. Three of the bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) are in separate pavilions on the hill, the fourth king bedroom is on the lower level of the main house where are located the fully equipped kitchen as well as the indoor living room and dining area. Elegant furnishings with high quality fabric cushions and pillows. Various seating and entertaining areas are available, as well as a bar and a barbecue area. Two outside showers and a small office with telephone/fax, WIFI, printer. A 10 meter boat, Swimanga is available for rent (complete with seating for up to 8 people, including a private skipper, drinks and brunch!) for fishing or day trips at only 900 Euros per day plus gasoline costs.
