This fantastic 2-bedroom maironette is the perfect choice for anyone wishing to spend a relaxing vacation near to all amenities, while still being distant from the crowd enjoying some peace and quiet. This property is situated in the limits of St Julians, within walking distance to the bustling city centre. The apartment is roomy and airy, equipped with anything one might need to make his/her stay a comfortable one.
The entrance to the apartment guides you straight into a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, where one can kick back and relax after a long day or where one can entertain friends. The well-proportioned wooden kitchen is ideal for anyone wanting to prepare home-cooked meals, even when away from home.
The main bedroom is very spacious and well-arranged, and has a lovely outdoor area just outside its patio doors. The second bedroom is comprised of two single beds, and both bedrooms are fully equipped with an air-conditioning system. The large family bathroom is fitted with a bath, and has a washing machine as well to facilitate laundry.
The outdoor space is ideal for outdoor cooking on the BBQ or even for some relaxing drinks in our cool Maltese evenings, great for getting some fresh air from the comfort of home.
The area in which the accommodation is located is a quiet one, an ideal residential suburb to come back to after a long day exploring the island. Buses to both parts of the island pass frequently and the bus stop is just 5 minutes? walk away from the apartment. Grocery shops and other basic amenities are all located within walking distance to the property. St Julians is the ideal stop for anything regarding entertainment; restaurants, bars, clubs, cinemas, and even a bowling alley. St George?s Bay is also walking distance from the apartment, and is ideal for a refreshing swim in the sweltering Maltese heat.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted prorated according to the season.
Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation, while the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable on arrival against damages and it will be refunded on the last day of the holiday. Preferred deposit payment methods are by a direct bank transfer or by Pay-Pal.
The apartment includes basic water and electricity (100kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euros per unit (1kwh).
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate.
