This beautiful house is located in one of the nicest areas of Miami, next to Bal Harbour on a guarded private island. This location has it all, plenty of restaurants, grocery shopping, beach, fitness center, tennis, golf, boating and more.

This waterfront house has a large pool and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a total of 2,200 Sq ft and will accommodate up to 10 people.

This beautiful home has a very romantic and modern feel to it. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are combined to create a very spacious tranquil area with a great view to the pool, garden, and canal.

The master bedroom is very bright and is furnished with a queen size bed. The marble master bathroom is equipped with a very large tub and separate shower. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds and shares a beautiful marble bathroom with a third bedroom that has one queen size bed. On the other aisle of the house, there is a second master bedroom with a queen size bed. Its marble bathroom comes with a tub. All bedrooms are equipped with TV’s.

Daily housekeeping is not provided but can be arranged for an additional fee.
*Wifi available for $ 15 a day, fee may be waived under certain conditions*
Washer and dryer are available on the premises.

Absolutely no parties are allowed.
