- A deposit of the 8% is required to make a reservation.
- A deposit of 50% is required to make a reservation and must be deposited 5 days after booking to confirm your reservation.
- All posted rates and tariffs will be respected once the deposit is made.
- The balance payment must be paid in full 60 days before your arrival.
- A reservation made less than 60 days will require full payment at time of booking.
- Deposits are not refundable.
- A rental agreement will be sent at the time of booking.
- A refundable security deposit will be required at time of stay.
- The villa can accommodate 12 people comfortably (maximum 14 people)
- An additional charge of $50 USD will be made per person per night for bookings over 12 people.

We just returned from a week at the Villa and loved every minute. The villa is beautiful, the photographs cannot fully capture it's amazing architecture. The food was plentiful, very good and served like a 5 star hotel. Serifina and Angel amazed my family with their cooking skills and the pablano soup is worth going back for. Our waiters are now like family; Javier, Jose and Sergio knew all of our names, knew what we all like to drink and eat and seemed to anticipate our every need. I loved that they loved our babies and kept them smiling. Miriam went out of her way to make sure our family had the best vacation ever. Thank you Miriam and staff for making this the vacation of a lifetime!! I look forward to returning and having Cipriano make me a margarita. God Bless you all!!!

Everything about this place is top notch! From the amazing staff, delicious food, plush accommodations to the stunning views from every room in the house. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Puerto V. By the end of day 1 we felt like this was our home and the staff was family. We had the vacation of a lifetime. I wouldn't change a thing about our stay.

We just returned from the Villa P and it was an outstanding vacation from the time we arrived until the time we departed. The Chef was marvelous, the food delectable the surrounds are to die for. You really feel at home and relaxed waking up to a beautiful scenery with a magnificent breakfast followed by morning activities that were right next to the house or brought to the house for you. The convenience of this location will ease your tired bones. How can I forget the staff, the staff was A1 perfect, they catered to our every needs all day long. Please don't miss this opportunity to vacation in style. I can't wait to go again! I give this vacation Villa great reviews!
