Our family of 19 stayed at the Villa for New Year's week. I can speak for everyone in saying it was our best family vacation ever. The Villa offers top notch accommodations as advertised: Beautiful Mexican decor, comfortable rooms and baths, heated pool, WiFi, TVs, sound system, etc. Everything is in great condition and clean. The "palapa" bar is just perfect, next to the pool, where Tito our personal and friendly bartender/waiter was ready to prepare the next round of piña coladas. We never had to eat out since our personal chef Ruben would pamper us for breakfast, lunch & dinner, including special requests (veggie, children). Every meal was excellent, but our New Year's dinner was the best! And Polo, our personal concierge and the team leader, was on top of every request: Transportation, stocking food & drinks, even helping us hire the best Mariachi band in town for my niece's birthday. The beach is just a half block away. The Villa team would arrange for the beach chairs and umbrellas for everyone. One day, we even had lunch on the beach, with seafood, ceviche, guacamole and an ice chest full of our favorite drinks. Would definitely recommend it.

My family and all my bridal party all stayed here during my wedding week. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was very comfortable for our large group. The location is perfect and within walking distance to all the restaurants. The house is beautiful, but what really makes this property standout is the staff. All of the meals prepared by the chef were excellent. We were all very impressed. Pollo was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to meet our needs. This was my wedding week, so we had a welcome party of almost 100 people. Pollo and staff pulled off an AMAZING event and it was better than I could have imagined. (Also very reasonable in pricing). Micha the bartender was the hit of my entire wedding, not only did she make perfect drinks but she was EVERYONE's favorite. She had fun with us and helped those that had a few too many. I cannot rave enough about how great she was. Our week at the Villa greatly exceeded our expectations. With the wedding, we asked for a lot of extras throughout the entire week. The staff met all of our requests with a smile. I am so glad we stayed here and had wedding reception next door. PERFECT for weddings or events. Rosa Mexicana is an amazing restaurant next door, perfect for reception!! Beautiful courtyard and delicious food! STAY here and be blown away! Way better than all inclusive!!! Excellent value for quality of accommodations, staff, and location!!
