The open concept living /dining area & gourmet kitchen flow onto the pool terrace with outside dining area becoming the focus of the house with breathtaking views of town and the bay. The Villa Includes unique architectural details and old world charm plus all the modern comforts and amenities for a perfect getaway.
The master bedroom takes up the entire upper floor and features a spacious seating area and luxurious bath with hand made tile jacuzzi set below an expansive brick cupola. A “widow’s watch” rooftop terrace above the master suite provides a stunning 360 vista.
The villa has 2 guest bedrooms on the main level, a 4th bedroom on lower level and a newly added 5th bedroom off main level. A private jungle terrace off the 2nd guest bedroom includes a thatch roof and hammock.

Payment Policy (Rates in US Dollars):
Deposit – 60% due within 7 days of reservation – if not received at this time, reservation may be considered cancelled, please ask for extension if needed.
Balance – 40% due 60 days prior to arrival
A Refundable Security deposit is due with payment of balance
*Rates include all local Mexican taxes, daily Staff services. If arrival/departure is on a Sunday or holiday, staff will be available at no additional charge. Rates do not include airport transfers, cost of Food & Beverages or staff gratuities.
Damages & Responsibility: a security deposit is due with payment of balance. If there are no damages or lost items this will be refunded within 2-3 weeks of departure.
Cancellations policies vary, please confirm in advance.
Many properties have a zero cancellation policy so Trip Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

There's really no way in words that I could do justice in describing how incredible our experience at this villa (and Puerto Vallarta in general) was. The property is a jaw dropping jungle castle with a staff who I can safely say has provided the best service I've ever experienced in my life. The owner of the property even took time to get to know us, and hearing his own stories was fascinating. The location of this property could not have been more convenient - you're a few minutes walk from the best restaurants and most beautiful parts of town. Being located on the top of a hill, the breezes that came through almost made AC unnecessary (and that was for June!). The view of the town below is out of this world. The staff was beyond attentive and did their best to read your mind so they could cater to your every need. We lost our Canon camera on the last day, and Christina immediately began making signs to post around the area to try and help us find it. I'm not kidding - RENT HERE.
