Israel Activities in an incredible Chocolate Workshops and Chocolate Boutique in Kiryat Tivon.

The sweet family story of "Mishi Chocolate Boutique" is starting in 1979, when the young Mishi Balog returns from specialization in Switzerland and open a small bakery in Tivon, where he was born and grew up.
Over the years, when Mishi could have find quality raw materials in the country, he started to produce and sell handmade pralines.
In 2007, Mishi decided to focus on chocolate making and transfer his pastry shop into chocolate boutique .
The customers, who fell in love in the small boutique and the quality chocolate, urged Mishi to share his knowledge and teach them the secrets of his chocolate and so how he began to give workshops for chocolate lovers.
The first chocolatier course was opened with great excitement and one of the participants was Dekel- the son in law of Mishi that was till then a bank mortgage consultant and was looking for a new way.
The course has stirred his imagination and opened him into an intriguing and creative world.
Dekel retired from the bank and started working temporarily in the chocolate boutique.
Since then he has become an integral part of the soul of the chocolaterie , and within a short time the business came under his control.
Since then, Dekel is taking care to keep up with the global developments in the field of chocolate, to go out for training in Israel and abroad, to evolve and to develop new flavors.

The little chocolaterie in Tivon was and remains one of the leading chocolaterie in the country with maintaining a long tradition and uncompromising quality.

Sunday to Thursday: 8:00-19:00
Friday: 8:00- 14:30
