This Caribbean style house will accommodate easily up to 10 persons (possibility to sleep for 12 persons). situated at 300 m from Playa las Ballenas and at 5 minutes from town. (250 m2 of living space, including outdoor lounges)
Villa is composed of a main house and a bungalow that border the pool. The main house have an equipped kitchen and a living room opening on the terrace (with DVD), an independent bedroom with double bed including a shower, washbasin and an independent bathroom with toilet.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with four twin beds.
The exterior dining room will allow you to take your meal surrounding the pool.
The bungalow with terrace and outside living room has a master bedroom with a double bed, shower and washbasin and two others bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with twin beds) have commons bathroom. Air conditioning in each bedroom, fan on terraces. Parking for 2 cars.
The house has an Internet connection and 2 safes
Included: House maid 3 x per week (9.00 AM - 1.00 PM), guardian at night.

The house is really great! Very open and spacious. There were tons of dishes, glasses and wine glasses available in the kitchen. As well as a blender, microwave, several pots and pans, coffee maker, and tea kettle. While the walk to the beach and a few restaurants is no more than 5 minutes, to town is more like 10 minutes. The road that leads up to the house is a bit "interesting." Nathalie checked us in and was fantastic throughout our stay. She responded to emails immediately and we saw her several times around town.

Villa parfaite pour 10-12 personne. Les lits sont confortables, l'espace est très agréable (espaces communs et chambres) et la déco est simple et raffinée. Excellent accueil de la part de lalocation, toujours prêt à donner un coup de main! Merci pour ce vacances réussies.
