Our Guesthouse is a beautiful sanctuary of calm and relaxation, ideally located in a private leafy street in Colbyn, one of the most beautifully peaceful suburbs in Pretoria.
Our location makes us the ideal destination for business or leisure with quick and easy access to the N1 and the N4 highways. Let us be your home away from home for meetings, sight-seeing and everything in-between.

We offer the following accommodation:
ROOM 1: This room has a double bed with crisp white linen as well as a writing desk with chair. There is ample cupboard space and the spacious en-suite bathroom has a shower. This room is made all the more enchanting by the fireplace and also boasts a private entrance and parking space.

ROOM 2: This twin room has two single beds and a writing desk with chair. There is ample cupboard space and the en-suite bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. This room has a private entrance and a beautiful garden view. There is an inter-leading door to the self-catering unit (room 7) that can be opened to create a comfortable family room or long-stay apartment.

ROOM 3: This twin room has two single beds and a writing desk with chair. There is ample cupboard space and the en-suite bathroom has a shower. This room is located inside the main house and has easy access to the main lounge and dining room.

ROOM 4 & 5: This twin room has a double bed, crisp white linen and writing desk with chair. There is ample cupboard space and the private bathroom has a bath and shower. This room is located inside the main house and has easy access to the main lounge and dining room. The room also has a lovely view on the garden.

ROOM 6: This luxurious king room is made up in crisp white linen. There is a desk with a chair as well as extra seating. There is ample cupboard space and the en-suite bathroom boasts a luxurious Victorian bath and shower.

ROOM 7: This self-catering twin room has a double bed and a desk with chair. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. There is ample cupboard space and this room furthermore has a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave and stove.
This room has a private entrance and a beautiful garden view. There is an inter-leading door to the neighbouring twin room (room 2) that can be opened to create a comfortable family room or long-stay apartment.

There is easy access to the garden as well as the porch and braai area. Breakfast is included in the rate and dinner, lunch packs or gourmet picnic baskets can be made on request.

Whether you are having a small meeting or conducting training, the quiet peaceful setting allows for an undisturbed conference with a beautiful view on the garden. We can seat up to 16 delegates in boardroom style.
All conferencing packages include tea, coffee and muffins on arrival, water and sweets on the table, the use of a projector with a screen, limited free Wi-Fi, white board and markers and flip-chart paper. Please contact us for tailor-made rates and packages.
