Located on a quiet street in the center of Seminyak, Villa is a superb holiday residence on two levels, for those looking for an oasis of tranquility within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife . With three air-conditioned bedrooms, two living areas, a tropical garden with a swimming pool and a very central location.

Outdoor spaces and swimming pool
Surrounded by walls, the lush garden is decorated with many tropical plants that grow all around the pool.

Living spaces
There is a wooden couch with red cushions, to relax by listening to the music played by the LG sound system or by reading a good book. You can also watch a movie on the flat screen TV with international channels and a DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a second living room with a white leather sofa and another TV with DVD player.

The main bedroom
The main air-conditioned suite is adjacent to the living room on the ground floor. It includes a king-size bed. The bathroom has a large bathtub.


The other rooms
The two other air-conditioned rooms are located next to the living room on the first floor. They all have a comfortable king-size bed.The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
