Every additional person is charged 60€/Night extra.

Minimum stay is 3 nights in the same Suite, unless there is a smaller gap between already existing reservations.

We kindly request our guests, if their dates are flexible, to adjust their booking in order to avoid gaps between reservations.

Under special circumstances, the Hotel reserves the right to decline an online reservation within 24 hours.

Payment Policy
A 50% deposit (of the total reservation amount) is required to confirm reservation. Prices might be subject to change but reservations already handled will not be affected.

Children Policy
For safety reasons, Art Maisons accommodate children above the age of 12 years old.

Cancellation Policy:

This rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to Wednesday, 28 September 2016, 16:00 local time.

1/4-31/5 & 1/10-31/10: Free up to 14 days prior to arrival and 100% of the total cost for 13 days or less

1/6-30/9: Free up to 21 days prior to arrival and 50% of the total cost for 20 to 14 days prior to arrival.

Charge 100% of the total cost for cancellation 13 days or less prior to arrival.

In case of No-Show or earlier departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged



In case of cancellation a 5% fee is deducted at all times for credit card fees.
