Recently restored to the highest standard, la Villa is a deluxe country house in the beautiful Val D’Orcia in the South-Eastern part of the Siena province in Tuscany.
This is a region of famous wines, medieval towns, Renaissance art treasures, castles, monasteries and spa towns with healing water already enjoyed in the Roman times.
Montalcino, Siena, Perugia, Orvieto and Cortona can be reached in less than one hour. The Villa is also one and half hour from Florence and two hours from Rome.
The Villa comfortably welcomes a maximum of 16 guests with 8 double bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Elegantly furnished living areas open out to the garden for dininers al fresco with stunning views over the valley.
The garden is surrounded by walls with climbing roses and vines: on one side the entrance and an open area, on the other side a large private swimming pool.
Nearby beautiful walking and biking paths and cypress lined country roads. Local towns for shops and restaurants within reach.

The high quality interiors include many antiques furnitures, very skilfully decorated and combined with comfortable lounge area
On the ground floor spacious full equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, 5 rings cooker and large fridge with freezer, there is a bath with tub, living room with satellite Tv and music plus a beautiful room called winter garden, with plants and three windows with an dramatic views across the valley. On the first level a study, another kitchen and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (all bathrooms have shower and one has shower + tub). On the second level there are 2 twin bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom with shower and tub, open to the hallway.
Two double bedrooms on the other side of the court with comfortable double beds and ensuite shower bathrooms. Besides this room a hydromassage bath 2 x 2 (heated and available in winter too) a billard and a gymnasium.
