Your vacation rental is located in Résidence Du golfe at the entrance to Saint-Tropez.

You have the sea 3 minutes by car, just below the residence.

Property of 150 m2 built on a plot of 1600m2. In addition, a wooden terrace of 100m2 is present with its garden of 120m2.

As for the swimming pool, it measures 12m x 3.50m.

The quiet villa, facing due west with a clear view of the bottom of the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the sea.

Other remarks
The villa is composed on two levels.

An apartment glued to the back of the villa for rent is occupied by people year-round but they do not have access to the garden or the swimming pool. You can meet them only at the gate and in the parking lot of your car only.

Travelers will have access to a private swimming pool, just for their use. The swimming pool is provided with a protective curtain for children.

You will also have private parking with sockets for electric cars.

Travelers will also have access to a pétanque court.
