Ground floor:
Lounge, which is complete with a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player and stereo.
Enjoy inside dining in the spacious dining area, which opens up to the adjoining outside/pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle and all the appliances you need. Further you have the commodity of a washing machine and a dishwasher in the adjoining room to the kitchen.

First floor:
Master bedroom 150x190, complete with bathroom with bath en-suite and air-conditioning which opens into its private terrace where you will have an incredible view over the sea.

Downstairs from the living room is another section of the house:
Which is accessible via a separate entrance from outside.
This area has a double bedroom with AC, a bathroom and its own living space with a sofa bed that can easily be converted to accommodate another two guests. From this living area, which is also fully air conditioned, you can access another private terrace to enjoy the sun and relax.

Outside:
Pool 10x5 which can change colours in the night.
The pool area has direct access from the kitchen and dining area and benefits from sunshine all day long. Plenty of sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas around the pool will ensure your comfort for sunbathing and lounging all day long
