This lovely villa is located in the Umalas area of Kerobokan (20 mins from Airport, 10 mins to Seminyak, 10 mins to beach), where there are still rice field views. The villa is inside a walled complex that has been beautifully landscaped and has private pool and lanai area. Traditional Balanese design with temple and bale with modern upgrades, such as granite counters and western style cabinets in kitchen. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped to make your vacation dinning convenient. There is a mini-market located next to this property. 

It is just 10 minutes to the shopping and eating area of Seminyak and there are many restaurants and local "warungs" close by. It is 10 mins to the beach at Batu Belig and or Kuta/Legion. You are just 5 mins from the Umalas Stables. This area is close to the "action" but you don't have all the noise and congestion. 

There is staff that lives at the property to take care of security, gardening, maintenance as well as provide assistance to guests. Staff is very unobtrusive.
