TOURISM DIRHAM CHARGES:
An amount of AED 15 per Night will be charged upon check in.
This charge is applicable for the first 30 consecutive nights (only), for same guest and same apartment and same booking.
SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A Security / Damage deposit will be taken at the time of Checkin IN CASH (AED, USD, EUR or GBP only). This amount wil depend on the length of your stay and will be shown to you at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded back to you at the time of checkout after inspection of the property.
EXTRA GUEST CHARGES
A charge for Extra Guest other then what the property can comfortably sleep is US$10 per guest per day. Total Guest cannot exceed the MAXIMUM ALLOWED number of guest.

CHECK IN TIME
The standard check in time is 1500 (3pm). In case that your flight arrives on a different time, as long it is within our work timings (9am – 5pm), and THERE IS NO CURRENT GUEST CHECKOUT OR NO SCHEDULED CLEANING in the property you booked, then we can be flexible with it. If it is earlier or later than our work timings then we will charge an additional US$ 30 rent to cover our offset / overtime of our driver/facilitator.

CHECK OUT TIME
The standard check out time is 1100 (11am). In case that your flight departs on a different time, as long it is within our work timings (9am – 5pm), and THERE IS NO CURRENT GUEST CHECKIN OR NO SCHEDULED CLEANING in the property you booked, then we can be flexible with it. If it is earlier or later than our work timings then we will charge an additional fee of US$ 30 to offset the overtime of our driver/facilitator.
