Beautiful stone-built villa (140 m2)vacation rentals inside a property of 6,000 m2 (mostly lawn grounds), set on a gentle peninsula only 25 km southeast of Olbia and just 3 km north of S. Teodoro (all kinds of shops, well-known tourist seaside resort of Sardinia, horse riding).
Relaxing view of the green vegetation that reaches as far as the sea, which as the crow flies is only 150 m away, but can be reached on foot by walking along a flat pedestrian walkway (300 m) that winds through the Mediterranean vegetation and leads to the beautiful Lu Impostu beach. Approx. 1 km away is the Punta Aldia golf course (9 holes) and the Piazzetta with its boutiques and restaurants.
The villa has 2 terraces equipped for outdoor dining, one on the sea side and the other in the back (barbecue). Comfortable modern-styule furniture. Peaceful position. It is possible to go for beautiful walks. Parking outdoors and garage for one car (washing machine).Central heating.
ACCOMMODATION : Gr. fl.: large living room (TV) lit up by two large windows and access to the lawn, kitchen (oven, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 outdoor shower. Air conditioning in the living room, in the double bedroom and one in the corridor between the 2 bedrooms. Baby-bed available.
