Marble floors and huge white columns which support an open atrium, offering a view of the blue sky. The ground floor entrance leads into a second living/dining area and provides space for 2 additional persons. Prices are indicative, they may be subject to change without notice.

The given rates are up to 12 persons. Additional person on request and additional 200€/weekly.
Maid Service and change of towels 3 times a week (by client arrangement upon arrival)
Security deposit: 500€
Special luxury package: welcome pack and wine upon arrival.

PAYMENT

An advance payment via bank wire, equal to 30% of the rental rate is required in order to secure your booking. If funds are not received within 7 banking days the reservation will automatically be canceled. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received at least 4 weeks prior to guest check in day. Failure to make this final payment on a timely basis will cause your reservation to be canceled. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, 100% of the total rental cost is be paid in order to secure a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to cancel your booking, we require a written notification to be send to us via email. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. If a cancellation is received between 60 and 30 days, 50% of the full payment is requested. If a cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival, no payment will be refunded.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit (as written at the property description) is required. This damage deposit is requested upon arrival and refundable at the day of your departure, provided the following provisions are met. - No damage is done at the villa. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. No linens and towels are lost and damaged. No early check in or late check out.

FINAL CLEANING FEE

At two of our properties villa Asteri and house “Anagnostis” we request a final cleaning fee. This payment will be deducted from your security deposit at the day of your departure.
