- Shoulder season - 16 Jan - 30 Apr and 1 Sept - 14 Dec - minimum stay 2 nights
- Off season - 1 May - 3 Aug - minimum stay 2 nights
- Long weekends - minimum stay of 3 nights
Booking terms:
- Your 60% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due five (5) days prior to arrival.
- All payments must be done with EFT, if you deposit cash, you will have to refund the cash deposit fee to us.
- NO keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
- A refundable breakages/damages deposit equal to 1 day’s rental is due in cash on arrival.
A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R750 (about $60) applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay.
