The full-time staff will take care of everything you need, while you will totally relax in this exceptional property. The house is surrounded by lush rainforest, and will allow you to visit monkeys, sloths, toucans and a number of other tropical creatures. An orchard of tropical fruit trees offers the fruits of the season and free-range hens will lay fresh eggs each morning for your breakfast.
The property is closed and has a full time caretaker, a gardener and a maid who live on the property.
The villa has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor:
- Two bedrooms with a king size bed and a private bathroom each.
- The third bedroom can sleeps 4 people and is equipped with 2 bunk beds and its own private bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.
Upstairs, a spacious terrace overlooking the gardens and the beach connects to the living room, dining room and kitchen. A flat-screen TV, high-speed Internet, and a state-of-the-art sound system complete the facilities of this villa.
Steps away from the house, guests can enjoy the outdoor hot tub and pool, as well as the rancho and outdoor barbecue. The pool is 16 meters long and 4 meters wide.
Playa Chiquita beach is literally on your doorstep, only 50 meters away. This luxury villa will allow you to disconnect completely from everyday life.

Stayed Feb 2017 On our trip to Costa Rica this past February 2017 we decided to take a few days and visit the town of Puerto Viejo and visit some friends who live in this small town outside of Limon. We had the opportunity to stay at this villa, which is located in Playa Chiquita (right next to Puerto Viego). It is a beautiful home which is mere steps from the ocean. This home has everything you could possibly need from a full kitchen, filtered water, TV/music entertainment system, daily housekeeping, daily chef if you'd prefer, outdoor inground pool, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, bathroom and showers in each bedroom, mini bars in the bedrooms, beach/pool/bath towels. It is only about a mile or so to downtown Puerto Viejo's dining and nightlife and easily accessed by car, taxi or bike. If you are looking for a modern, well maintained vacation rental with all the amenities you could possibly ask for, This villa is your place to stay. Very easy to make the reservation and was greeted upon arrival by attentive and personable staff. Thumbs up and five stars for this villa and it's staff.

Stayed March 2016 L'emplacement de l'hôtel est génial, la plage est à quelques pas de la maison. C'est un endroit idéal pour être en contact avec la nature, un vrai paradis. C'est une maison avec des amis ou en famille il y a une superbe piscine et un grill. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! ! ! ! !
