Located in the wonderful territory of the Umbria region close to Tuscany, this luxurious villa offers an enchanting panorama to a wonderful landscape of hills and allows you to enjoy all the natural, historical and gastronomical riches of this splendid countryside.
The Villa guarantees the comfort and the discretion of a swimming pool where to spend rare moments of calm with friends or family and as well as a big garden to welcome the guests, with a barbecue which will make unique your stay during the summer and spring. The Villa, owned by an important Italian family, is characterized by large rooms decorated with frescoes.
The Villa is spread over two floors connected by an elevator. The day area with large living rooms on the ground floor, ten bedrooms with private bathroom on the first floor.
The property is very well maintained and is suitable for organizing meetings or other events. For this purpose, other rooms can be rented (only with the villa).
The geographical position of the property makes it easy to visit Tuscany and Umbria

Wir haben einen 80. Geburtstag hier gefeiert und es war auf ganzer Linie ein Erfolg. Grossmutter war sehr gerührt und wir haben uns alle sehr edel gefühlt in diesen alten, wunderschönen Gemäuern. Haus und Garten sind ein Traum, den man einmal im Leben geniessen darf! Die Umgebung von Gubbio ist sehr gründlich und bergig und der Ort selber istammt ebenfalls aus einer anderen Zeit. Es wird uns unvergesslich bleiben!
