It was acquired by a famous Swiss director who fell in love with the wonderful landscapes of the estate and decided to give a new life to the farm, including the production of natural wine and organic olive oil. The imposing original stone-built building has been fully restored to the most demanding standards and equipped with all modern conveniences - such as a large professional kitchen and a sauna - and is now available for rent. The large pool is undoubtedly one of the most remarkable of its kind in Tuscany. Given its superb panoramic position on the picturesque hills that extend to the Mediterranean coast, the owner decided to install the pool in an ideal setting for the organization of receptions. On one side of the pool is a very large covered terrace, equipped with an area with integrated kitchen equipped with a barbecue, fridge and sink.
