The villa is situated in Cala San Vicente in the north of Mallorca. With fine views of the mountains and picturesque Mallorcan countryside, the good news is that the property lies just 7 minutes walk from the sheltered, cove-like beaches and the turquoise waters of the Med.
Feeling active in the mornings? This is the surely the most perfect place. You may fancy a refreshing dip in the sea, or simply a leisurely coastal walk after a healthy breakfast. Your choice!

And then the rest of the day is yours to enjoy a good relax around the private swimming pool; the beautiful Tramuntana mountains acting as the perfect backdrop.

And what a lovely pool it is. 6m x 4m in size, Roman steps make for easy access. In the evenings, the pool’s underwater lighting casts an ethereal glow on the surroundings. Perfect for a few drinks as the sun goes down.

The interior is just as impressive. As a thoroughly modernised Mallorcan villa, you’ll find the fittings and furnishings tick all the right boxes: white walls, wooden roof beams, cosy sofas and lounge chairs large windows allowing the soft Mediterranean light to flood in.

The attractively beamed living/dining area opens up through wooden shuttered doors to a delightfully spacious covered sun terrace providing just the right amount of sun and shade. Ideal for an al fresco meal or an evening barbecue with the family.

The main living space is gorgeous: terracotta floor tiles, cosy sofas and cushions, large, light filled windows. There’s a flat screen TV and wi-fi throughout so you can keep in touch with friends and family.

Should the temperature drop a little, no problem: there is a wood burning stove to keep you warm.

The kitchen is bright and light and fully equipped with all the latest mod cons including a large American-style fridge/freezer and a walk-in larder.

All on the same level leading off from the central corridor there are three lovely double bedrooms sharing two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other with a single shower.

But that’s not all. Descend a short flight of steps and you arrive at a delightful self-contained garden apartment accommodating an additional 4 guests. Here you’ll find a lounge with double sofa bed, a separate twin bedroom, a fitted kitchen area and a separate bathroom.
